On May 9, 2025, The Chardonnay Co., Ltd. and SPS Phuket Construction Co., Ltd. held a Buddhist blessing ceremony to mark the auspicious beginning of the construction of The Petit Tycoon project. The ceremony was held to invite prosperity, safety, and success throughout every step of the development.
